I’ve been working with Exotic Holiday for some time now, a highly reliable partner, and what can I say…for us, they’re a guarantee. Impeccable service, always available, and the utmost and constant customer care. This year we also took some honeymoons, and the customers were nothing short of thrilled. We will certainly continue this collaboration, and our recommendation is, always, no matter what, Mauritius, but with Exotic Holiday.
The service you received from Exotic Holiday (Mauritius) was impeccable! Your staff is attentive, friendly and extremely professional. Ils m’ont beaucoup aidé du début à la fin. In the answer to my questions and wishes, I’ll find the perfect solution for my holidays and I’m busy with transport. I particularly love that the propositions of activities and destinations to visit are so varied. At the end of my holidays I’ve discovered stories of magnificent choices and journeys on the île Maurice where I’ve ignored existence. I strongly recommend your services and I would like to re-use your services to procure holidays!!!
Customer service: 5*. And by 5*, I don’t mean luxury hotels (that was our choice; you can choose any category of hotel) but constant, professional support before, during, and after the trip. A personalized vacation down to the smallest detail, with suggestions from locals eager to show you how wonderful their country is.
