DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
FOR OPERATIONS OFFICER POSITION

  • Developing company policies and ensuring compliance 

  • Enhancing business functionality to align with core business objectives

  • Designing and managing projects as well as contributing to services innovation 

  • Tracking operational costs toward maintaining profit-margins 

  • Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures

  • Evaluating and maintaining operational data, and monitoring inventories 

  • Monitoring compliance to policies and processes throughout the company 

  • Managing human resources development policies, training, and performance reviews 

  • Assuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships 

  • Perform routine administrative tasks

KEY REQUIREMENTS
FOR OPERATIONS OFFICER POSITION

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Management or any related field
  • 5+ proven work experience
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Leadership skills and extensive operations management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning 
  • Highly conversant in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability
  • Advanced knowledge of best business practices 
  • Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses 
  • Enhancing human resources policies, managing compliance and performance 
  • Excellent approach to customer service and handling of issues
  • Willing to work flexible hours
